About The Left-Sided Problem

This site is named after the moniker given to the England national team’s eternal problem for ten years starting in the late 90s. It has since been realised that you don’t necessarily need a left footed midfielder, which makes all the hand wringing and experimentation with every English player with a functioning left foot seem like a slight waste of time.

Nevertheless this site will be looking at the great questions of this time period, starting from the mid 90s until the present day and will hopefully be less of a waste of your time than watching the poor Englishmen forced to plough that lonely and doomed endeavour of solving the left sided problem.
